Water Leak? No Problem!
Do you live in the Clearwater, Tampa or the surrounding areas and have a problem with water leaking? Water leaking in or under your property can be a very frustrating problem and can lead to the lasting effects of water damage. Water leaking under your Clearwater or Tampa home built on a concrete slab is referred to as a slab leak. In order to find a water leak under your slab, a special leak detector is required to perform the job accurately and effectively. A leak detector alone will not help you find your water leak. A specially trained leak tester is needed in order to use the leak detector in order to accurately locate the source of the pipe leak. Water leaking caused by a pipe leak can lead to a high water bill, foundation deterioration and over time can also cause water damage to your Tampa or Clearwater area home or business.

High Water Bill?
The first place we check for hidden water leaks is your water meter. If the little red triangle or blue dial is turning constantly with no water running in the house, you have a leak! The most common “leak” we find is toilets running. Check your toilets to ensure they are not running when not flushed. Any easy way to do this would be to remove the lid to the tank and put your ear close to the valve inside. If you can hear a hissing Water Meter in Tampanoise, you need to have the valve replaced.
