Clearwater Sewer Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed in Clearwater, FL. In this sewer inspection video, you will see that, under the house does have CAST IRON and for its age it appears to be in good condition. We do see slight scale build up in the cast iron but this is normal due to the age of the house. Outside of the house to the house to city tap connection - this sewer line is going to be a clay type of sewer pipe. Found one small root intrusion and this spot is marked with blue paint. The sewer line at this property does exit the backside of the house.
