St Pete Sewer Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed in St Pete as a pre purchase sewer inspection. Cast iron under the house and PVC outside of the house. Found that the cleanout that's located in the back yard needs to be reset / releveled due to the sag in this particular section. Also we were unable to take the cleanout off at ease and did not want to break the cleanout during this inspection period. Suggest to have plumber fix the sag and install a clean out cap that can be taken off at ease.
