Tampa Pre Purchase Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed in Tampa for a Pre-Purchase Inspection of the sewer pipe(s) under the house. The one stack that is exposed that comes through the roof is has been replaced with PVC and the sewer pipes under the house before it runs into the ground is PVC. As it enters or before, it does change from PVC to CAST IRON then to ORANGEBURG. Orangeburg sewer pipe is recommended to change due to the sewer pipe is notorious to loose shape and/or develop cracks/breaks in that particular sewer pipe material. During our inspection we were only able to run the camera halfway to the city tap. Up to that point we did not see any problems with the newer pvc sewer pipe.
