Clearwater Pre Purchase Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed in Clearwater for a Pre Purchase Inspection. All of the plumbing is exiting the house immediately out the back and runs straight to the city tap. Under the house is cast iron and turns into PVC where they've installed a stubbed up-to-grade cleanout. A few feet before the actual city tap, they've left some cast iron pipe there and does show a good amount of scaling and possible root intrusion
