Tampa Sewer Inspection

This is going to be a Pre Purchase Sewer Inspection for the buyer. Did not find any issues with this sewer line under the house. The sewer pipe under the house is Cast Iron. After the sewer line exits the house as cast iron, theres a small transition of Cast to PVC then to Clay. The main line running to the city tap does have roots growing in every other section of the clay pipe.
