Seminole Sewer Inspection (Pre Purchase)

Sewer inspection performed in Seminole for a pre purchase inspection. Found that the lines under house and where it comes out is cast iron and is in excellent condition. The sewer line at the base of the 3 inch stack does hold water but, does flow out to tap at a good rate. We did not find any broken pipes, cast iron scaling or roots in the line. After the line exits the house, it does turn into clay going out to the tap.
