South Tampa Pre Purchase Sewer Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed during the pre inspection period on new home purchase in South Tampa. We found one area of suspicion where the cast iron ends and the city lateral starts. There are roots growing into the line at this point. When the area was located, there is a depression in the ground indicating dirt could possibly getting into the sewer line.
