Clearwater Pre Purchase Sewer Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed on a home in Clearwater during a pre purchase inspection period. The main line needs to be replaced as it is orange burg pipe. We also found what appears to be a broken cast iron line at the bottom of the kitchen stack.
