Gulfport Sewer Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed in Gulfport, FL for a pre purchase inspection. In the video, you will see that under the duplex - there is cast iron sewer pipe under the duplex it self. After it exits the building, it turns into a concrete sewer drain that runs out from the back, to the left hand side of the property to the city tap, likely located in the street on the front side of the property. Due to the turns and distance, we were unable to reach the city tap for further inspection. Note that we've only found one issue. This issue is going to be root intrusion - marked with orange paint on the left hand side of the property.
