Seminole Sewer Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed in Seminole, FL. We were called out to this location due to random back ups in their sewer line. During our inspection, we've found that the sewer pipe under the house and exiting the house is cast - iron and is in good working order. The cast iron sewer system is a long run just to get out of the house and we did locate the clean out for the plumber to install, that's located on the backside of the house in the garden bed, marked with a pink flag (approx. 2 ft deep). Suggest to homeowner to have a plumber install a cleanout for easier access. The blockage is likely due to the extreme long run and the low flow toilet flush causing the lack of water volume to carry the toilet paper all the way out to the city tap.
