St Petersburg Pre Purchase Inspection

This video was performed in St Pete, for a pre-purchase inspection. Found cast iron sewer pipes under the original part of the house and pvc sewer pipes under the newer add-on part of the house. Very little scaling in the cast-iron and the pvc line did not show any kind of bellies. The only real issue that I did see here was root intrusion at the end of the run before the alley but the contractor was on site to show the location for them to make the repair.
