St Petersburg Sewer Inspection

This sewer inspection was performed in St Petersburg as a pre-purchase inspection. Under the house is cast iron and does not appear to be broken. However, the 2-inch line for the laundry has cast iron scale build-up and will need to be serviced by a Hydro Jetter. Outside of the house under the patio- we have Orangeburg. Orangeburg will need to be replaced because over time it will collapse. At some point, they've replaced a section between the patio to the mid-way point of the backyard with PVC and connects to either cast iron or clay. We could not get our camera to go past this point due to a lip that will need to be corrected. All spots outside of the house have been marked with blue paint and tape.
