Tierra Verde Pre Purchase Sewer Inspection

This Pre Purchase Sewer Inspection was performed in St Petersburg (Tierra Verde), FL. We've ran our sewer camera from the main vent stack on roof. Under the house IS cast-iron sewer pipes and is in excellent condition. After it exits the house, it makes a change to PVC. The clean-out (access point) is located in the front center of the house, in the front yard. This part of the sewer pipe to the city tap is PVC and also is in excellent condition. We did not find any issues at this house during our time of inspection.
